As a Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) you will help build and continuously improve our Product and Material Compliance Solution, creating intuitive solutions that deliver meaningful value to our users. Modern AI tools are an integral part of our development workflow, helping us explore solutions, accelerate delivery, and improve code quality. We are looking for someone who can join us as soon as possible and contribute actively to both product and technical discussions.

Modern Frontend Development
- Work in a modern engineering environment where AI tools are part of the daily development workflow

- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
- Be actively involved in feature planning, technical discussions, and shaping the product
- Explore customer needs and help turn them into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
- Contribute to interfaces that are effective, accessible, and easy to use
- Be part of a team that values clean code, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- You'll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions and help shape the future of our frontend platform
What should you bring along?
Experience & Domain Focus
- Experience building and maintaining production-ready React applications
- You care about building intuitive user experiences and solving real customer problems
- Previous ESG, supply chain, or industry-specific knowledge is not required
- Experience with React and TypeScript; familiarity with Redux Toolkit and Material UI is a plus
- A good understanding of modern frontend architecture, reusable component design, and application state management
- You write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and enjoy continuously improving your craft
- You're excited to incorporate AI coding assistants into your daily workflow to build software more effectively
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for building great software
- You're curious, enjoy learning, and aren't afraid to challenge ideas or propose better solutions
- You take ownership of your work and enjoy collaborating to build great products
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
