We are looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

At IntegrityNext, we are building a shared AI and data platform on AWS on top of our supply chain and product compliance platform. It powers semantic data access, BI, APIs, and agentic product experiences.

This role is hands-on across Python-based AI services, agent workflows, unstructured data pipelines, APIs, and integrations, collaborating closely with Java-based product systems and contributing to lightweight React prototypes when needed.

Our AI application layer uses LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, with a strong focus on product delivery over research. The role covers both structured data-driven AI experiences and unstructured data processing for retrieval, agent workflows, and future AI-native capabilities.

We follow “You build it, you run it,” owning platform capabilities end-to-end—from design to production. We also use spec-driven development and AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Cursor.

This is a strongly hands-on engineering role focused on building and shipping AI-powered product capabilities end-to-end.

What can you expect?

AI Product Development & Agentic Experiences
  • Build and ship AI-powered product features using RAG, workflows, tools, and multi-step agent patterns
  • Translate product and business requirements into reliable, usable AI capabilities
  • Design and implement agentic product experiences that deliver real customer value
AI Application Layer & APIs
  • Build the AI application layer in Python using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and Bedrock AgentCore
  • Design and implement AI APIs for internal and customer-facing use cases
  • Ensure clean integration of AI capabilities into existing product systems
Data Foundations for AI
  • Build and maintain unstructured data pipelines for documents and retrieval-based workflows
  • Work closely with platform and semantic teams to ensure AI features are built on reliable, well-structured data
  • Enable robust data usage across retrieval and agent workflows
Quality, Evaluation & Reliability
  • Drive prompt and context engineering to improve quality, reliability, and usability
  • Implement evaluation frameworks, including regression checks, prompt-injection testing, and scenario-based validation
  • Help define testing approaches and quality standards for agentic systems
Observability & Production Readiness
  • Support AI observability, tracing, and monitoring
  • Ensure AI capabilities are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of system performance and stability
Frontend Collaboration & User Experience
  • Contribute to lightweight frontend prototypes and UI flows (e.g. React), especially for conversational or workflow-driven experiences
  • Support the development of intuitive, user-facing AI interactions
Collaboration & Engineering Excellence
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into Java-based product systems via clean APIs
  • Ensure alignment with data platform, product, and engineering teams
  • Explore and apply spec-driven development and AI-assisted engineering workflows
  • Help establish modern engineering practices that improve quality, speed, and maintainability

What should you bring along?

Experience & Domain Focus
  • Strong hands-on experience in AI engineering, building AI-powered product features in production or near-production environments
  • Experience with LLM applications and agentic systems, including RAG, tool use, workflows, and multi-step reasoning
  • Solid understanding of agentic architectures (planning, tool usage, agent workflows, and evaluation harnesses)
  • Experience working in multi-team SaaS environments and integrating AI into real product landscapes
Technical / Methodological Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience building backend APIs and AI integrations
  • Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph; familiarity with Deep Agents or similar frameworks is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge of AWS (e.g. Bedrock AgentCore, OpenSearch, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Experience building and maintaining unstructured data pipelines (document processing, retrieval, AI data prep)
  • Strong understanding of AI quality, evaluation, and testing (eval harnesses, regression testing, validation)
  • Experience with observability, tracing, and monitoring for AI or backend systems
Nice to have:
  • Experience with agentic architectures, evaluation frameworks, and quality systems for AI
  • Experience with AI observability and tracing tools
  • Experience with React or frontend prototyping for conversational/workflow-driven UX
  • Experience with semantic layers, structured business data, or analytics-driven AI use cases
  • Experience with advanced document pipelines and retrieval systems
